and as you imagine looking at that person... with all of those qualities that you want in your life... that part of you... that part of you that wants... to change... that wants to do things differently... wonders... wonders what that reflection knows... what you just have to know... and it's something now that you need to know... so just imagine... imagine or think like you are stepping into that reflection...

imagine something now that would've normally have made you feel angry in the past... but this time imagine yourself dealing with this event... this situation... in a calm... relaxed way... stopping and thinking... imagine that... and I'll give you a few moments to do so...

A few moments silence

good... and you can now just allow that image to disappear.... and you can feel good... you can feel positive... knowing that this is now your true reality... I want you to do that again and this time I want you to imagine something completely different...

so ready...

one...

two...

three...

again, imagine something that in the past would've normally made you feel angry... but this time, imagine yourself dealing with that event... with that situation... in a calm relaxed way... stopping and thinking... imagine that right now... and again I'll give you a few moments as you do that...

A few moments silence

good… and again that image can now just disappear.... and again you can feel good... you can feel positive... knowing that the image is now... your true... your real reality... because today... today you're starting a new chapter in your life...

in a sense you're turning over that page of your life... that chapter which you used to feel... when you used to be angry... you're turning the page now... that chapter... and you're now starting a new chapter... a new chapter of your life were you're able to deal with things... in a calm... relaxed way... a new chapter of your life were it becomes and it feels much easier... and more natural for you to deal with situations... regardless of what those situations may be...

you're now able to stop... and to think... before you react... that's the new chapter that you're now on in your life... able to deal with things... in a calm way... it just feels much easier and more natural to stop... and to think... before you act... before you react.... and then when you do react... when you do act... whatever situation that may be happening… at that moment in time... you're able to do that in a calm... relaxed way...

and all of these suggestions... all of these ideas... are growing strong in your mind... not because I said so... but because these are the suggestions... these are the ideas that you want in your life...

and a wonderful technique that you can use each and every day... in order to program your unconscious mind... with the message that you want... is before you got to sleep at night... with your eyes closed... all you have to do is say to yourself… inside your mind... say to yourself inside your mind...

each and every day I'm getting better and better...

before you go to sleep... with your eyes closed... say to yourself...

each and every day I'm getting better and better...

and once you've then said that to yourself... imagine yourself in situations... getting better and better... imagine yourself dealing with a situation that in the past would've normally have made you feel angry.... imagine yourself dealing with the situation in a calm... relaxed way... stopping... and thinking... before you react... make a nice mental image of yourself being calm and relaxed....

once you’ve created that quick mental image… again... say that suggestion to yourself inside your mind...

each and every day I'm getting better and better…

and then again imagine yourself in a situation... again dealing with something that in the past would’ve normally made you feel angry.... but imagine yourself dealing with that situation... that event... in a calm... relaxed way... stopping... and thinking...

and just repeat this exercise about five times... but if you only do it three times and fall asleep... it doesn't matter... it's all about putting those positive ideas... those positive seeds... inside your unconscious mind... so that when you're faced with these situations...

you'll deal with these situations... in a calm... relaxed way... you'll stop... and you'll think... before you act... and then when you do act... when you do react... you'll do that in a calm relaxed manner...

and all of these suggestions... and all of these ideas... now grow strong inside your mind... in fact... from this moment on... every time you smile... each and every one of these suggestions... each and every one of these ideas... simply grow and become more and more real for you inside your mind...
