and because you do exercise on a regular basis… that now means that with each and every day that passes… you feel healthier… you feel fitter… and that’s because you always… absolutely always… feel motivated to exercise because exercise makes you feel good… exercise allows you to achieve your goals with ease…. you feel motivated to exercise because you enjoy it…

good… and you can now just feel good knowing that the image will be your true reality… simply because of the fact that you exercise at a regular basis… and in a few moments… I’m going to help you to create that belief… that you exercise on a regular basis and enjoy it... I will help you to create that belief … in a few moments; I’m going to repeat the suggestion…

now when I say that suggestion… all I’d like you to do is to mentally repeat that suggestion to yourself, inside your mind… because each and every time that you do that… each and every time that you mentally repeat that suggestion to yourself… inside your mind… it makes that belief that you exercise on a regular basis and enjoy it more real for you… stronger and stronger… so as I say the suggestion… mentally repeat it to yourself… so let’s begin…
