and now this feeling… this wonderful soothing feeling of calmness… of comfort… a wonderful soothing feeling of complete relaxation… moves and spreads down into the muscles of your neck… spreads across into the muscles of your shoulders… a wonderful calmness… a wonderful comfort… a wonderful feeling of complete relaxation… it just feels so good taking this time to relax physically… and mentally… more and more… and again say to yourself…

now this feeling now moves and spreads down into the muscles of your arms… moves and spreads down all the way down to your fingertips… a comfort and a calmness… and a feeling… a feeling of complete relaxation… and again say to yourself…

and this feeling now of comfort… this soothing wonderful soothing feeling of relaxation…now moves and now spreads into the muscles of your back… into the nerves… into the fibres… into the muscles of your back… a calmness… a comfort… a feeling… a wonderful feeling of relaxation and again say to yourself relax and now this feeling soothing feeling of complete relaxation… now moves into the muscles of your chest… a comfort… a calmness… a feeling of relaxation… moving into every muscle… spreading into every nerve… into every fibre of your body… and again just say to yourself…

and this feeling now… this feeling of calmness… this feeling… this wonderful feeling of comfort… this soothing feeling of relaxation… now moves… it now spreads down into the muscles of your stomach… and the muscles in your stomach become completely calm… the muscles in your stomach become completely relaxed… as this feeling… this soothing feeling of comfort just moves down… and just spreads into the muscles… into the nerves… into the fibres of your stomach… a comfort… a calmness… a feeling of relaxation… and again just say to yourself…

and now this feeling… it now moves down to the muscles of your legs… moves and spreads down all the way to the very tips of your toes… a comfort… a calmness… a feeling… a soothing feeling of relaxation… it just feels so good… it feels so good relaxing physically… it just feels so good relaxing mentally more and more… and again say to yourself inside your mind…

and now this comfort… this calmness… this feeling… this wonderful feeling of relaxation… it now begins to condense in the muscles of your stomach… this feeling of calmness… this feeling of comfort… this feeling… this wonderful feeling of relaxation… it now condenses into the muscles… into the nerves… into those fibres of your stomach… a wonderful calmness… a wonderful comfort… and just a wonderful soothing feeling of relaxation… condensing… and becoming stronger and stronger in the muscles of your stomach… and it just feels so good… it just feels so good as this calmness… as this comfort… as this soothing feeling of relaxation just grows more and more in those muscles… in those nerves… in those fibres of your stomach…

and as I count down now from five to one… this comfort… this calmness… and this soothing feeling of relaxation… it simply grows stronger and stronger… with each and every number I count from five down to one… this comfort… this calmness… this feeling of relaxation in those nerves… in those fibres… in those muscles of your stomach… just become more relaxed… even calmer…

so 5…

and the muscles now in your stomach begin to feel… begin to become just more and more relaxed…

any feelings of tension in those muscles of your stomach are now just leaving the muscles of your stomach… being replaced with a comfort… a calmness… with a feeling of relaxation…

this feeling now… this feeling of comfort… of calmness… this soothing feeling of relaxation… it grows stronger… as the muscles… as the nerves… as the fibres in your stomach now return back to absolute perfection…
