think about one of those times... one of those situations in the past in which you have experienced panic... just think about that... and now imagine transferring that negative energy... those negative feelings... begin to transfer into your hand by making that fist... transferring that negativity... transferring those negative feelings to your fist... and imagine now all that energy being draw into your fist... as you squeeze it tighter and tighter... really holding onto that negativity... squeezing those unwanted negative feelings... all being drawn to your fist... and now say to yourself mentally....

relax...

and release that negativity... as a feeling of comfort... as a feeling of relaxation just washes over you... every muscle... every nerve... every fibre of your body feeling calm... becoming and feeling relaxed... in complete control of your thoughts... in complete control of your feelings at all times...

and every time you use this technique it gets better and better... every time that you use this technique the feeling of comfort... the feeling of calmness... and the feeling of relaxation grows stronger and stronger... so again...

and again imagine and think about a time when you have experienced panic... think about that time and again imagine transferring that negativity... imagine transferring those unwanted negative feelings down into your fist... and begin to squeeze your fist tighter and tighter... drawing all that negativity... drawing all those unwanted negative feelings into your fist... and then say to yourself...

relax...

and again release... let go of that negativity... release... let go of those unwanted negative feelings... and just allow a feeling of comfort... a feeling of calmness... a feeling of relaxation just washes over you... washing into every muscle... into every nerve... into every fibre of your body... calm and relaxed...

and we’ll do this once more and this time it will just get better...

and again think about a time you have experienced panic... and again make that fist... and squeeze that negativity... draw these unwanted negative feelings into your fist...feel that tension as that negativity is just drawn into your fist... and again say to yourself...

relax...

release the negativity... release those negative feelings... and just allow a feeling of comfort... allow a feeling of calmness... just allow a feeling of relaxation just to wash over you... calm... relaxed... positive... happy... and in control at all times... in control of your thoughts... in complete control of your feelings at all times...

and from this moment on... if for some reason you feel any negative feelings... any unwanted negativity... all you will need to do is make that fist... and imagine transferring... imagine moving that unwanted... unnecessary negativity... imagine moving... transferring that unwanted unnecessary negative feeling into your fist... and then say to yourself...

relax...
