and as you do this a feeling of calmness... a feeling of comfort... a feeling of relaxation just washes over you... and every time in which you mentally just say to yourself...

and this calmness... this comfort... this feeling of relaxation... it just grows stronger and stronger for you... so in your mind again mentally say to yourself...
