and you remain calm… you remain relaxed if you’re stuck in traffic… you remain calm… you remain relaxed if somebody does something stupid… you remain calm… you remain completely relaxed maybe if someone cuts you up… you remain calm… you remain completely relaxed whilst driving because when you’re driving you’re in complete control… you’re in complete control of your thoughts… and your thoughts when you’re driving remain positive… and it doesn't matter what might be happening… it doesn't matter where you’re going or where you’re coming from… it doesn't matter what other people on the road may be doing… if you’re stuck in traffic your thoughts remain positive… and because your thoughts remain positive whilst you’re driving it means you’re calm… it means you’re relaxed whilst you’re driving… and because you’re calm… because you're relaxed whilst driving it means you enjoy driving…

and these ideas… these wonderful ideas… these positive suggestions they grow strong… and they grow powerful for you… and that's not because I say so… these ideas… these suggestions they continue to grow stronger for you… they continue to become more real for you simply because these are ideas… these are the suggestions that you want… and because these are the ideas… because these are the suggestions that you do want… it just means… it truly means every one of these ideas… every one of these suggestions simply do grow strong… and they do grow powerful for you with every minute of every passing day…

I also want you to mentally say the word…

relax to yourself just inside your mind…

and every time that I ask you to mentally say the word…

relax to yourself just inside your mind… a feeling of calmness… a feeling of comfort… a feeling of relaxation will just wash over you… and every time that I ask you just to say to yourself just inside your mind…

this calmness… and this comfort… this feeling of relaxation it will just grow stronger for you… so in your mind just mentally say to yourself…

and as you do this a calmness… a feeling of comfort… a feeling of relaxation just washes over you… and every time in which you mentally say to yourself inside your mind…

you just feel you just become calmer… you just feel and you just become more relaxed in yourself… so in your mind just again just say to yourself…

and again mentally say to yourself…

and just a few more times now mentally just say to yourself…

and from this moment on if at any point in your life you want to feel calm in yourself… if at any point in your life you just want to feel relaxed well all you'll need to do is in your mind mentally say to yourself…

and the instant you do this… the instant in which you mentally just say to yourself just inside your mind…

a feeling of calmness and a feeling comfort… a feeling of relaxation will wash over you… and each time you use this technique you feel and you will become calmer… and more relaxed in yourself… and this feeling of calmness… this feeling of relaxation it will stay with you for longer…

and as you imagine… as you just imagine yourself driving… feeling relaxed… feeling calm in yourself… feeling good in yourself… you just feel so good in yourself knowing… truly knowing… that you are a calm relaxed driving…

and imagine now… just imagine yourself now stuck in traffic completely calm in yourself… completely relaxed in yourself… just imagine this… just imagine yourself stuck in traffic completely calm and completely relaxed… and again I’ll give you a few moments to imagine this...

as you imagine… as you just imagine yourself stuck in traffic just feeling calm in yourself… just feeling relaxed… you feel good… you feel so good in yourself knowing… truly knowing that you are a calm relaxed driver… and just a few more times inside your mind just say to yourself…

and now as I count down from three to one… at the at the count of one I want you to imagine yourself out driving… maybe imagine another motorist doing something stupid… maybe cutting you up… pulling out in front of you… just imagine yourself out driving and another motorist doing something stupid… remaining calm and relaxed in yourself…

and just imagine this now… imagine yourself out driving… maybe another motorist just doing something stupid… feeling calm… remaining relaxed in yourself… imagine this and again I’ll give you a few moments as you do so...
