and now this feeling of calmness… this feeling of relaxation it moves and it spreads into the muscles of your shoulders… spreads down into the muscles of your arms… all the way down to your fingertips… a wonderful feeling of calmness… a soothing feeling of relaxation… moving and spreading into every muscle… into every nerve… into every fibre of your body… and again say to yourself…

and now this feeling of calmness… this feeling of comfort… and this feeling… this wave of relaxation it now moves and it new spreads into the muscles of your back… and the muscles in your back just feel… and just become completely calm… completely relaxed… as this soothing feeling of calmness… as this soothing feeling of relaxation spreads and moves across your entire body… every muscle… every nerve… every fibre of your body feeling and becoming calm… feeling and just becoming completely relaxed… and again say to yourself…

and now this feeling of comfort… this feeling…this wonderful wave of relaxation… this feeling… this wonderful feeling of calmness it moves and it now spreads into the muscles of your chest… spreads down into the muscles of your stomach… a calmness… a comfort… a wonderful feeling a wonderful… a wave and a wonderful sense of relaxation… moving and spreading into every muscle… moving and spreading into every nerve… into every fibre of your body… feeling calm… feeling relaxed in yourself now every day… and again say to yourself just inside your mind…

now this feeling of calmness… this feeling of comfort… this feeling… this wonderful wave of relaxation it moves and it spreads down into the muscles of your legs… spreads down all the way down to the very tips of your toes… a calmness… a feeling… a wonderful sense of comfort… a wonderful feeling of complete relaxation… moving and spreading into every muscle… into every nerve… into every fibre of your body…

and every time that you say the word relax to yourself… you just feel and you just become calmer… you just feel and you just become more and more relaxed… so in your mind again say to yourself…

and as you do so you just feel and you just become calmer… you just feel and you just become more relaxed… and again in your mind just say to yourself…

and from this moment on it if at any time in your life you want to feel relaxed and calm all you’ll need to do is close your eyes and mentally say to yourself…

and the instant you do this… the instant that you close your eyes and mentally say to yourself…
